Ciara - Sorry

"Sorry" is a song by American recording artist Ciara from her fifth studio album, One Woman Army. The song was released as the album's lead single on September 25, 2012 through Epic Records. It was written by Ciara, Elvis Williams, and Jasper Cameron, with production from Cameron and Ciara. Musically, "Sorry" is a mid-tempo R&B song which has production akin to her previous single "Promise".

An accompanying music video, directed by Christopher Sims, the video portrays Ciara in Malibu, California featuring a male actor who she is in love with the video also portrays Ciara dancing on a roof top. The song and music video premiered premiered alongside each other on BET's 106 & Park and VEVO. The song was performed for the first time with "1, 2 Step" with rapper Missy Elliott at the "Black Girls Rock!" Awards. Several official remixes for the song have been commissioned including "Sorry (part 2)" which features a new production, new vocals from Ciara and new verses from rapper Future.
